Come get to know how our training works at your own pace and without any commitment. Give yourself and your child the opportunity to try everything first in a safe, calm, and respectful environment.
The sample class is a full-fledged training session conducted in the same way as all other classes. It is designed for parents with children, primarily children with autism and other specific needs. We work with an individualized approach, provide plenty of time for adaptation, and support natural movement without performance pressure.
The sample class costs 399 CZK.
If you decide to continue training after completing it, we will credit this lesson and you will have it for free retroactively.
Courses for the first semester begin on 3. 1. 2026 You can join at any time.
What Expects You at the Sample Class?
The sample class runs the same way as a regular training session, allowing you to verify whether the environment, pace, and teaching style work for both you and your child.
We focus on:
- Development of coordination and body awareness
- Climbing, rolling, and natural movement
- Jumping, games, monkey bars, and the joy of success
- Work with gymnastics equipment
- Building self-confidence, a sense of safety, and joy in movement
How the Class Works
- Getting to know the environment and acclimation
- Arrival, class start, and group greeting
- Warm-up and stretching
- “Monkey bars” and circuit training
- Final stretching, calming down, rest, endorphins, and joy
- Opportunity to enjoy nutritious hot soup from the BioAid bistro BioAid
Gymnastics Menu
Part of our classes includes a so-called gymnastics menu – nutritious hot soup for both child and parent from the BioAid.cz.
The soup is optional,but but we strongly recommend itbut we strongly recommend it. It helps the body recover after exercise, replenishes energy, and supports the overall well-being of both child and parent.
The price of soup is 85 CZK for a child (200 ml) / 105 CZK for an adult (350 ml).
