Andrea Javůrková proves that vitality is not a matter of chance, but a choice. Once a tax advisor, mother, and entrepreneur, personal experience transformed her into a woman who inspires others toward better nutrition, conscious self-care, and a meaningful lifestyle. Her journey—from seeking help for her own son to founding a bio shop and bistro—shows how a change in diet can transform health, daily functioning, and an entire family.
How a tax advisor became the woman behind a bio bistro?
A turning point in Andrea’s life came when her son Andrej was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Instead of accepting that some difficulties “simply come with the diagnosis,” she and her husband decided to take a different path.
They sought answers, connections, and ways to support his immunity, digestion, and overall body function. And they arrived at the topic of nutrition.
“We discovered that diet quality can influence more than most people can imagine,” says Andrea. She began cooking at home according to simple rules – minimal industrially processed foods, no dairy, gluten, or added sugar.
The path to information was not easy
Quality sources were scarce, so they began studying foreign materials and professional publications. Gradually, they discovered connections between modern lifestyle diseases and how food cultivation and processing have changed over the past decades
The effort to find truly clean ingredients proved to be a long-term endeavor. It was at this point that the idea for the BioAid project began to take shape – natural support that simplifies the path to quality food for people and allows them to take a step toward health.
From an idea came a shop and a bistro
BioAid.cz was created as a space where it is possible to buy food without unnecessary chemicals, preservatives, and toxic burden.
Today it is no longer just a shop, but also a bistro that allows Andrea to show people that food without gluten, dairy, and sugar can be delicious, creative, and complete.
“We saw changes in our son and in ourselves. We believe that diet is one of the most effective forms of body support – natural, accessible, and long-term sustainable,” Andrea adds.
Does a bio diet matter for someone who has no health problems?
Absolutely. Andrea emphasizes that prevention is the foundation and that quality food is an investment that pays dividends every day.
The body functions better, immunity is more stable, and there is less need to rely on medications, which often address only individual symptoms, not the cause.
Where does Andrea get the energy for her active lifestyle?
Gymnastics is once again part of her life. After thirty years, she returned to the gym – originally for her son, who needed sports. Andrea became his coach, and gradually she returned to sports herself.
Regular movement brought her not only better fitness, but also significant improvements in flexibility, weight, and biological age. She combines it with yoga, which she practices with Andrej, and also with time spent in nature, where she goes to “clear her head.”
“Autism taught me patience and the ability to find joy in small moments. Every day is a gift.”
Baking without gluten and sugar? It works
During the Christmas season, BioAid traditionally offers a selection of baked and raw cookies suitable for various types of diets. Linzer cookies, gingerbread, or beehives—all in a dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free version, naturally sweetened with date syrup or honey.
Customers can choose individual pieces and create their own custom mix.
Where can you find BioAid?
